some sips of smoothie: 15
I felt so bad about the cereal bar so when I went to drink my smoothie, I just kinda lost my appetite.
I’ll be trying to fast today and tomorrow. But knowing my mother, I may have to take a few bites here and there. The next weigh in is six days away, hoping to be 109 or lower. Tips, advice? Some feedback would be nice (:
